Pre-Recorded Masterclasses

Live Classes
Full refund if requested at least [Z hours, e.g. 24] before the first scheduled session. Once a live class has started, it's non-refundable, since the instructor's time has already been committed. If we cancel or reschedule a session, you'll get a full refund or a free transfer to a future session — your choice.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Dodo Payments and typically take [N business days] to appear.
